By accessing this website or requesting a quote from Specialized Transport LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

Specialized Transport LLC provides over-dimensional heavy haul freight transportation and coordination services, including securing required permits, ordering route surveys, coordinating third-party pilot escorts, hiring utility bucket trucks, and arranging police escorts when required. All services are performed in accordance with applicable city, state, and federal laws.

Any quote or estimate provided is based on the information you supply about your cargo, origin, destination, and route. Final pricing may vary based on actual dimensions, weight, route conditions, permit requirements, and escort needs identified during the route survey process.

As the shipper or representative, you are responsible for providing accurate cargo dimensions, weight, and handling requirements. You must ensure the cargo is properly prepared, loaded, secured, and legally titled for transport. Any inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays, additional charges, or refusal of service.

We gather required permits and coordinate escorts to move your load legally. However, ultimate responsibility for the lawful classification, preparation, and ownership of the cargo remains with the shipper. We are not liable for delays or penalties arising from inaccurate cargo information provided to us.

We take every reasonable precaution to transport your freight safely. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the terms agreed in the transportation contract or bill of lading. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, permit hold-ups, acts of government, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

We coordinate with third-party pilot escort operators, utility bucket truck providers, and police escorts. While we select qualified partners, we are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third parties beyond our control.

Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be specified in your service agreement or quote. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Overdue balances may be subject to additional fees.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Houston, TX, unless otherwise required by law.
